Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the limited nature of our drops and each piece is , all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders placed correctly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@paidoffvision.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

Lost in Transit
If your package appears to be lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

Refunds
If your claim is approved, your refund will be returned to the original payment method in the original currency. Refund requests are processed within 7 business days of approval.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Incorrect Address
Paid Off Vision is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
